What is a brow lamination?
A Brow lamination service is essentially a hair relaxant treatment which involves a browologist applying a series of serums to first relax the brow hairs and then essentially set the brow hairs into place. The process does not "freeze" hairs into place and they can still be styled depending on your preference.
A brow lamination will result in your brows appearing fuller, more defined, brushed and uniformed.
It’s perfect for anyone dealing with sparse brows, unruly hairs, or just wanting to level up their brow game. Plus, it’s low-maintenance!
What's the process?
Step 1. BROW CONSULTATION
A therapist will discuss your end goal results and what look you are after, this usually takes just a brief moment to set realistic outcomes for your individual brows. We will often discuss whether a brow lamination, henna, tinting, dying or even microblading is best suited to your goals.
Step 2. CLEANSE
Your brows will be cleansed to remove any makeup or naturally occurring oils on your skin to ensure a clean canvas.
Step 3. STYLING AND SERUM APPLICATION
A series of serums is applied to the brow hairs and brows are styled into place to set. The serum application may remove a slight colour from your natural brow hairs which is why we will never perform a brow lamination without a complimentary tint or dye.
